Canceling Your Order

Please contact us within 24hrs of placing your order to request a cancellation. If your order has already shipped out, the shipping cost is non-refundable.

Return shipping will be at customers cost. 

Please Note: Custom and made to order items are not eligible for cancellation after 24hrs. Unshipped backordered items can be canceled without issue!

 

Returning Your Item

If your item is eligible for a return, it must be returned within 15 days of the date you received it. All items will undergo inspection upon return.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in the original form of tender once all items have been received and inspected and will show on your account within 5-7 business days

Custom or made to order items are NOT eligible for return

Shipping

We offer $50.00 flat fee shipping for Toronto, York, Peel, and Halton. Price for remaining regions will be subject to location.  

Pick-Up

Your items can be picked up at our Studio, we are located at 633 Main St. E. Please make sure to e-mail or call in advance to coordinate a pick-up date and time.

Delivery

If for whatever reason you have changed your mind and no longer want to pick-up your order, we offer a delivery service. Please contact us to coordinate a delivery date and time. Additional costs apply for delivery, the exact value will confirmed once you reach out.
