STEP ONE

CONSULTATION

The first step of our staging process is consulting with the home owner / agent. Our detailed walk-through of the home includes an assessment of existing rooms and layout; focal points, colour, lighting, and potential need for repair. We also review existing furniture, accessories, and clutter in order to eliminate anything unnecessary.

STEP TWO

CHECKLIST &

COST ESTIMATE

A comprehensive report with your home owner tasks following the consultation will be provided, outlining specific recommendations for each room. The entire report is meant for one purpose: to make your home as beautiful and valuable as possible. This includes all recommendations on how to improve its appearance, and what updates are needed in order to get you TOP DOLLAR when selling.

A cost estimate will be provided outlining the project fee breakdown. This will be provided to the agent within one business day of the consultation.

STEP THREE

STAGE DAY

The day of the stage, our team will be bringing in all necessary furniture to transform the space. We'll also have home decor accessories and art that compliment the home perfectly. The staging process is crucial if you want your home looking its best when it hits the market!

The key to a successful sale is getting your home in tip-top shape. The right staging will not only help you get top dollar, but also make sure the buyers are impressed with what they see when it comes time for them to buy.

STEP FOUR

DESTAGE DAY

Once your home is sold, we'll pack up all the accessories, remove all art off the walls, patch any holes, and remove all staging furniture from your home. When we are done with those tasks, we'll bring back your existing furniture so there is no more work required on your end.
