Led by our team of expert-level Lead or Senior Design Directors in partnership with other qualified construction or design professionals. We source furniture and materials from vendors both locally and globally, and selections are tailored specifically to each project and client.
PROJECTS WITHIN THIS SERVICE INCLUDE:

Must have a minimum budget of $500,000 and be located within the state of Ontario. Must also have the ability to fully partner with a General Contractor from our network of preferred General Contractors. Renovations out of our local area are not currently being considered.
At least two spaces, with little to no existing furniture and a minimum budget of $100,000. Local and nationwide.

For projects that require travel, we are actively learning more about custom or spec new build projects, and large-scale Luxury Interior Furnishings ONLY. Travel fees will apply.

Our admin team will guide you through our discovery process which will include an introductory call! From there, a consultation will be scheduled with members of our Design Team to dive even deeper into your project’s details. This meeting can be in person or virtual, depending on project scope and location.
We focus on a collaborative experience between our process and our clients' wishes, and we actively seek out like-minded individuals who are authentic and open, as we've found these clients make the best partners; it’s time to sign on the dotted line and make things official! This will catapult us into our administrative and onboarding phase!
