EXPERIENTIAL DESIGN
The Process
After reviewing the floorplan, photos, and any previous listings, we create an original staging proposal detailing our plans for the space. Once this proposal is approved and payment is received, we schedule installation—typically within 14 days. Installation may take up to three days. Once the home is sold, staging materials are removed within 10 days.
We work with sellers, real estate agents, and brands to generate interest in homes and products through elevated, highly-effective design. We utilize our expertise about the local market, existing architecture, and buying trends to capitalize on your property's potential and emphasize its most sellable features. We tailor our services to meet the needs and style of each unique project. In addition to turn-key staging, we also provide the following services:

Vacant Staging

If you will be occupying your home while it is on the market, we can provide a curb-through-basement assessment outlining the steps needed to properly prepare it for sale.

Over the past 12 years, we have partnered with many premier home builders in the St. Louis area to merchandise their display homes. We have staged hundreds of builder properties and understand the complex nature of the home-building process.
Design Work
Work with one of our talented designers to complete a space you've already started, design a room from scratch, or style specific pieces of furniture. We offer residential and commercial design.
